Donate for the Hart Foundation

For the past several years, Appletree has been supporting the Heart Foundation in the Netherlands through volunteer work at Hoek tot Helder, the longest one-day downwinder in the world.

Win a custom kite surfboard

This year we are supporting in a different way. Wieger, co-founder of Appletree, together with Tobias from @surfweer will be the “broom wagon” during the downwinder on these two custom Appletree kitesurf boards. Anyone they overtake will unfortunately have to stop taking part in the downwinder.

The day after the downwinder, one of the two boards will be raffled off among the people who supported Team Broom Broom. You can do this by making a donation to the Heart Foundation through the link below until the day the event will take place.

Every 5 euros you donate will be exchanged into a raffle ticket. All donations will go entirely to the Hart Stichting and Appletree will cover the shipping costs if you win the board. You get to choose whether you want the Klokhouse 5’10” or the Malus Domestica 5’2” if you win. Worldwide shipping included!

The goal of the “Team Broom Broom” is to raise a minimum of 5000 euros. So please make a donation to the heart foundation and for a chance to win one of these custom kitesurf boards!
