Our commitment to building durable boards isn’t just about high performance on the water—it’s also at the very core of our commitment to sustainability. We firmly believe that the most sustainable board is the one that stays under your feet for years, rather than ending up in a landfill after a couple of wipeouts.
In our dedicated factory in Portugal, we build every board with industry-leading, uncompromising technology engineered to endure the hardest sessions. It all starts with our 50K Waterproof Foam, a revolutionary closed-cell core that doesn’t absorb a single drop of water, even if you manage to ding the outer shell during a session or in transport.
Layered over this core is our 100% Carbon Fibre construction, engineered specifically for maximum rigidity and ultimate structural strength. To push durability even further, the entire board is bonded together using our vacuum infusion process and finished with a final Coat 25 layer, providing unmatched impact resistance and incredible shell durability without adding a single gram of unnecessary weight.
