Jeroen has been our Production Manager since 2015. He guides the team throughout the board building process and assures all orders will leave the factory in time. He always knows how to keep an overview of the process! During his days at the factory, he loves the combination of spending time behind his desk and working physically. He has a fine team spirit and offers support to everyone who’s in need.
Jeroen: ‘I really like to guide this young, enthusiastic team. This group of people surrounds me with so much vibrancy.’
Together with Koen and Jorrit he moved to Portugal to build the new factory in 2019. Years before, he already discovered some of Portugals’ land treasures during a camper trip with his girl and dog. They found a sublime place to live at the countryside. When Jeroen is not at the factory, he’s probably working on one of his projects around his house – there’s tons of work and ideas!
Jeroen: ‘Moving to Portugal taught me to be resilient. There were so many things to figure out and so many things have been changed. Even when I thought I finally knew how to work out something, it already changed again. We are growing quite quickly so I am happy I am able to easily adapt to new situations.’
